高校包装设计专业教育在于培养高素质的包装设计人才,然而该专业的不少毕业生却难已适应当下包装市场的人才需求。本文对目前高校该专业课程教学面临的困扰进行了分析,又以食品包装设计课为例,从人才培养目标、课程结构、教学内容、教学模式、人才市场等方面进行了较全面的探讨,并提出了较系统的教改策略。
Packaging design education in higher education is to train high-quality packaging design talent, however, many graduates of the professional but difficult to adapt to the current packaging market talent needs. This article analyzes the troubles faced by the teaching of the major courses in colleges and universities, and takes the food packaging design course as an example to conduct a more comprehensive discussion from the aspects of personnel training objectives, curriculum structure, teaching content, teaching mode, talent market and so on Put forward a more systematic education reform strategy.
