为了揭示中药的炮制理论萌发于食物烹饪技术.本文应用隐喻认知的方法,沿袭食物制作先于药物制作的观点,以烹饪技术为始源域,以中药炮制技术为目标域,并将始源域的烹饪技术映射到目标域中药炮制之上,探究中药的炮制工艺与食物烹饪技术的相同点或相似处.结果显示,火的使用与炊具制造业的发展,为烹饪技术种类的繁荣奠定了基础.饮食烹饪技术的发展,提升了食物的色、香、味及卫生,易于食用;调味品的出现,增加了饮食的美味,也开创了食物保存的方法.古人在使用药物时,自然复制食物烹饪的经验,引发一系列将烹饪技术移植到药物炮制工序的操作,形成药物炮制的净制、水制、火制、水火共制技艺以及辅料的使用,发展成为中医学的中药炮制理论.
