通过对四川盆地与长江中下游同纬度地区光、热、水等农业气候资源年总量及季节分配规律的对比分析 ,探讨了四川盆地气候资源优势及合理开发利用的途径。四川盆地热、水条件优于长江中下游地区 ,全年日照时数较少 ,但总辐射中散射辐射占 50 %— 70 % ,基本可满足作物的需求。开发冬水田、推广稻田半旱式免耕水旱轮作 ,扩大双季稻和麦 (油 )、稻、稻三熟制 ,建立四川柑桔生产基地是促进本地区农业持续稳定发展的重要途径
Based on the comparative analysis of the annual total amount of light and heat, water and other agricultural climatic resources in the same latitudes of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Sichuan Basin and the seasonal distribution pattern, this paper discussed the advantages of climate resources and the ways of their rational exploitation and utilization in the Sichuan Basin. The conditions of heat and water in Sichuan Basin are better than those in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The sunshine hours in the whole year are less, but the total radiation is 50% -70%, which basically meets the demand of crops. Developing winter paddy field, promoting semi-arid no-till paddy field rotation and rotation, expanding double cropping rice and wheat (oil), rice and rice, establishing citrus production base in Sichuan is an important way to promote sustainable and stable development of agriculture in this region
