在基础教育实行校长负责制的背景下,校长被赋予了决策指挥权、人事权、财务权、奖惩权和改革权等权力,因此,校长的所思所想、所言所为不仅深刻影响学校的发展,更直接影响师生的成长。实践证明,校长具有怎样的办学理念是办学治校关注的重点。本文旨在从四方面探讨“自我超越”办学理念下的办学治校策略。
Under the background of the implementation of the principal responsibility system for basic education, the principal has been given the power to make decisions, command, personnel, finances, awards and punishments, and the right to reform. Therefore, what the principal thinks and says has not only profoundly affected schools. The development of the school will directly affect the growth of teachers and students. Practice has proved that what the school principal has is the focus of school management. This article aims to explore the school-running strategy under the “self-transcendence” concept.
