科技信息文献数据库是企业技术人员获取知识情报的重要来源,本文介绍了基于异构数据库检索和实现数据挖掘功能的科技信息资源高级应用平台的开发情况。该平台实现了知识定制服务、项目情报服务、决策支持服务三个子模块的建设,而且实现了将海量电力科技信息资源按需定制、主动推送、数据关联和知识挖掘等功能,极大提高文献获取效率,实现电力科技信息资源的深度整合和数字化资源的高级利用,为科技信息资源深层次利用提供了借鉴与参考。
