薪酬管理是电力企业激励员工的一种最为简单、有效的方式,对提高员工的工作积极性和效率有着重要的作用。同时也是实现员工个人价值和认可度的指标,有利于企业和员工共同发展。文章对当前电力企业薪酬管理的现状进行分析,阐述了其存在的问题并提出薪酬管理制度改革的一些措施。
Remuneration management is one of the most simple and effective ways to motivate employees in electric power enterprises, and plays an important role in improving the enthusiasm and efficiency of employees. At the same time, it is also an indicator to realize the personal value and recognition of employees, which is conducive to the common development of enterprises and employees. The paper analyzes the current situation of salary management in electric power enterprises, expounds its existing problems and puts forward some measures to reform salary management system.
