随着公路体制改革不断深入,公路施工企业直接面向市场,在建筑市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,公路施工企业在失去行业保护的情况下,如何在市场竞争中立于不败之地,关键在于改革、强化施工企业的项目经理部管理体制,其重点和核心是工程项目成本管理。本文从当前公路施工企业在工程项目成本管理中存在的问题着手,就工程项目全过程中的成本管理及质量管理、安全管理、工期管理、合同管理、工程计量管理、项目资金管理、劳务队伍管理与成本管理的关系等方面进行了探讨。
