尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)是一种新的血管活性肽,作为人体内最强的缩血管物质之一,已明确其特异性受体GPR-14(孤立的G蛋白耦联受体)主要分布于心血管系统和神经系统。UⅡ还是体内重要的促有丝分裂原,能够促进血管平滑肌细胞、心脏成纤维细胞等多种细胞增殖,促进心肌细胞肥大。它在高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭发病中均有相应的变化。UⅡ致心肌肥大信号转导通路目前不是十分明确,大致与钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)通路、Ca2+/CaM依赖性PKC通路活化以及CaN通路与MAPK通路相互作用有关。
