为了研究水稻根负向光性的光受体,观察了光质对稻根的负向光性效应,用紫外-可见分光光度计测定了水稻根冠浸提液的吸收光谱,并对根冠中的蛋白质进行了SDS-PAGE电泳分析。蓝紫光能显著诱导稻根负向光性,而红光无效;根冠浸提液的吸收光谱在350nm和450nm各有一个吸收峰;根冠中有120kD的光受体特征的蛋白条带。推测稻根负向光性的光受体可能为蓝光受体。
In order to study the photoperiod of photoperiod negative photoperiod, the negative phototropism of photoperiod on rice root was observed. The absorption spectrum of root and shoot extract of rice was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The proteins were analyzed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Blue-violet light can significantly induce the negative phototropism of rice roots, while the red light is ineffective; the absorption spectrum of the root-crown extract has an absorption peak at 350nm and 450nm respectively; there are 120kD photoreceptor protein bands in the root canopy. It is speculated that the photoperiod of photoperiod negative photoperiod may be blue photoreceptor.
