北京市海淀区结合本区教育发展定位和后勤队伍实际,对新任学校总务主任或副主任进行专业培训。在设计培训方案时,广泛听取总务主任、校长、教委领导、专家等多主体意见。在培训实施中,邀请各领域专家、各行政科室负责人、资深校长为学员授课,授课内容富有引领性和实战性,授课场所多选择在学员工作现场,既解决共性问题,也解决个性化问题,并为培训后的工作改进提供持续指导。培训既为学员搭建了自主学习与同伴互助的平台,促进了学员对本校、本区工作的整体认识和全面思考,也为探索后勤管理工作规律积累了宝贵经验。
