目的 建立舒胆胶囊中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法。结果 橙皮苷在 8.5～ 4 2 .17g· L-1范围内呈良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.3% (RSD =3.2 % )。结论 本法简便易行 ,重现性好。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in Shudan capsules. Method HPLC. Results Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 8.5 to 42.17 g·L-1 with an average recovery of 99.3% (RSD = 3.2%). Conclusion This method is simple and reproducible.
