采用石油醚回流脱脂与水体醇沉法,对圆叶薯叶和尖叶薯叶多糖进行提取,比色法测定比较其含量,并对其抗氧化作用进行了初步比较研究。实验结果表明:圆叶薯叶多糖含量不仅高于尖叶薯叶,且抗氧化性能强。
The petroleum ether reflux degreasing and water alcohol precipitation were used to extract polysaccharides from leaves and spikelets of potato leaf. The contents of polysaccharides were determined by colorimetry and the antioxidant effects were compared. The experimental results show that the content of polysaccharide in leaf-round potato is not only higher than that of leaf-tip potato leaves, but also the antioxidant activity is strong.
