还原冷轧过程中带钢表面形貌演变规律

利用四辊轧机对氢还原后的热轧带钢试样进行了5道次冷轧试验,采用扫描电镜对试样冷轧前后的表面形貌进行了跟踪观察,采用TR200型粗糙度测量仪测量了轧制前后试样的表面粗糙度轮廓,研究了不同轧辊表面粗糙度和润滑条件下试样表面形貌的演变规律。结果表明:还原后的热轧带钢试样再经过5道次冷轧,试样表面的大部分缺陷被压平,未被压平的缺陷转变为显微凹坑残留在轧件表面;随着轧制道次增多,轧件表面光洁度提高;干摩擦条件下,试样表面裂纹的压平程度比油润滑条件下更好,表面残留的显微凹坑少且浅,但辊痕相对较多。 Cold Rolling tests were carried out on the hydrogen-reduced hot-rolled steel strip samples using a four-roll mill. The surface morphology of the hot-rolled strip was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The surface roughness was measured with a TR200 roughness measuring instrument The surface roughness profiles of the samples before and after rolling were studied. The evolution of the surface morphology of the samples under different roll surface roughness and lubrication conditions was studied. The results show that the hot rolled strip samples after reduction are cold-rolled for 5 times, most of the defects on the sample surface are flattened and the unflatged defects are transformed into microscopic pit residues on the surface of the rolled pieces. The number of rolling passes increased and the surface finish of the rolled parts increased. Under the condition of dry friction, the cracks on the surface of the specimens were smoothed to a lesser degree than those under the condition of oil lubrication.
