一、前言美国GE公司向我厂订购一批内燃机车车轮,如按GE公司要求应采用整体辗钢轮,轮轴装配用冷压工艺;而我厂采用ZG25Ⅱ铸造轮心,外套辗钢轮箍,轮轴组装采用热装方法。经协商,GE公司同意改用我厂的车轮结构和制造方法,但对轮轴组装提出以下要求:提高现有轮心材质硬度(不低于HB180),以确保轮轴装配吨位,达到105~155吨力和压吨曲线。
