Oral contraceptives (OCs) have been popular since 1950. About a quarter to one third of the women in the United States are using it. OCs not only act as a contraceptive, but also reduce the incidence of anemia, menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, ectopic pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease and maintain bone mineral density while avoiding Sterilization to achieve the purpose of contraception. However, it has been reported in the literature that OCs can increase the incidence of venous thromboembolism, stroke, breast cancer, cervical cancer and smoking women’s heart accidents. However, symptoms such as breast pain, skin lesions, weight gain and bloating may be taken after a period of time Or replace the drug ingredients and gradually diminished.
