塔河油田碎屑岩底水油藏老井侧钻水平井,主要从177.8mm套管开窗。受井眼空间制约,固井完井施工周期长、成本高、固井质量难以保证。通过引进不固井完井技术,采用多支遇油膨胀封隔器和筛管组合,分别对产层分段、封堵水层,避免了固井对产层的伤害,能有效解决小井眼完井的难题。介绍了不固井完并工艺的基本内容,并以X井为例,介绍了不固井完井工艺在塔河油田的应用情况。从投产情况来看,该工艺具有较好效果。针对封隔器座封效果、管柱的后期作业空间及控水采油功能等方面暴露出来的问题,提出了优化建议。
