采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了榆木焦负载纳米TiO2的新型光催化材料,在固定床反应器上采用汞在线分析仪研究了N2气氛下榆木焦/纳米TiO2对单质汞的吸附氧化脱除特性,探讨了紫外光照、氧气、水蒸气等条件对除汞性能的影响。结果表明,在紫外光照射下,榆木焦/纳米TiO2具有良好的氧化除汞性能,氧气和水蒸气的加入因强氧化性自由基的产生对脱汞均有促进作用;在一定的催化剂质量和烟气流量比及紫外光照下,加入10%氧气脱汞效率可以达到86%。
A new type of photocatalytic material was prepared by sol-gel method. The adsorption and desorption of elemental mercury by elm coke / nano-TiO2 under N 2 atmosphere was studied on a fixed bed reactor using mercury on-line analyzer The effects of UV, oxygen and water vapor on mercury removal were discussed. The results showed that elm coke / nano-TiO2 had good oxidation and mercury removal performance under ultraviolet light irradiation. The addition of oxygen and water vapor promoted the removal of mercury due to the formation of strong oxidizing free radicals. Under a certain catalyst mass And flue gas flow ratio and ultraviolet light, adding 10% oxygen mercury removal efficiency can reach 86%.
