六十年代以来,植物体内花青素的生理作用越来越受到人们的重视,Harborne 已有专著进行概括。前人的研究指出甘蔗茎色主要受到叶绿素和花青素含量的共同控制。但是,关于甘蔗叶片内花青素含量的研究迄今尚未见报道。本文是我们进行初步研究所获得的结果。
Since the 1960s, the physiological role of anthocyanins in plants has drawn more and more attention. Harborne has a monograph to summarize. Previous studies indicate that the stem color of sugarcane is mainly controlled by chlorophyll and anthocyanin content. However, the research on anthocyanin content in sugarcane leaves has not been reported yet. This article is the result of our initial study.
