通过DYNAFORM有限元模拟软件建模,模拟了200℃时AZ31B镁合金盒型件热拉深成形过程中压边力参数的变化以及成形规律。在设置压边力参数时对于阶梯型变压边在压边力由小到大的转变过程中设置了一个缓冲时间,减少了压边力突变对系统所带来的动能惯性冲击,由此进行了阶梯变压边力曲线的加载。模拟结果显示,采用变压边力压边方式盒型件的最大减薄率小于恒定压边力方式下制件的最大减薄率;盒型件的减薄率随缓冲时间的增大呈减小趋势。
Through DYNAFORM finite element simulation software modeling, the blank holder force parameters and the forming rules during the hot drawing process of AZ31B magnesium alloy box are investigated at 200 ℃.
