馍(也称馒头)是我国北方老百姓家常必备的一种主食。在传统饮食概念中,再好的馍也只能作为现做现吃的鲜食食品,不可能跨地域进行大范围营销,然而在山西闻喜县,一家专注于传统工艺制作馒头的食品加工企业,不仅把地方特色食品做成了一个大产业,还让小小的馒头销往北京、上海、河北、西安等大都市,叫响了山西又一特色农产品品牌,成为老百姓吃得安心、买得方便、价格合理且有品位的产品。这家企业就是山西省闻喜县卫嫂食品有限公司(以下简称卫嫂公司)。
