基于Web of Science数据库,利用文献计量方法对1995-2014年间社会化媒体领域论文进行可视化分析,通过热点关键词知识图谱直观展示社会化媒体发展脉络。同时分别从计算机科学和管理学的不同学科角度出发,对社会化媒体演化机理进行了研究。研究发现:(1) 1995-2008年,计算机科学和管理学的研究主题围绕社会化媒体知识基础不断发生变化。(2) 2009年后,随着以Facebook为代表的大量社会化媒体工具的兴起,两个学科中的研究主题在已有知识基础上开始交叉融合,社会化媒体成了两个学科的共同研究主题。但两个学科的研究侧重点有所不同。(3)协作化学习是未来社会化媒体研究领域的共同前沿热点。
Based on the Web of Science database, this paper uses the literature measurement method to visualize the papers in the field of social media from 1995 to 2014, and visually displays the development context of social media through the hot key knowledge map. At the same time, from the perspectives of different disciplines of computer science and management science, the evolution mechanisms of social media are studied. The findings are as follows: (1) In 1995-2008, the topics of research on computer science and management revolve around the constantly changing knowledge base of social media. (2) After 2009, with the rise of a large number of social media tools represented by Facebook, the research topics in the two disciplines began to cross-integrate based on the existing knowledge. Social media has become a common research of two disciplines theme. However, the research focus of the two disciplines is different. (3) Collaborative learning is the common forefront of social media research in the future.
