螺旋粉虱Aleurodicus disperses Russell是一种新入侵海南的重要害虫。本文结合田间观察和室内实验,对螺旋粉虱各虫态的形态特征及生物学特性进行了系统观察和研究。结果表明:螺旋粉虱世代的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为8.88℃和511.86日·度,在海南一年可发生8~9代。在18~32℃恒温条件下,螺旋粉虱世代发育历期为26.63~57.16d,其中卵期7.15~15.93d,1龄若虫期4.00~11.03d,2龄若虫期3.83~7.53d,3龄若虫期4.09~8.64d,拟蛹期7.56~14.03d。在18~32℃条件下,各虫态发育速率与温度呈抛物线关系,但在18~28℃则为直线关系;低温和高温都不利于其繁殖,14℃恒温条件下无法完成世代发育。成虫不活跃,活动有明显的规律性,晴天活动多集中在上午,阴天活动少,雨天不活动。
Aleurodicus disperses Russell is an important pest of new invasion of Hainan. In this paper, field observations and laboratory experiments were carried out to systematically observe and study the morphological and biological characteristics of various whitefly worms. The results showed that the starting temperature and effective accumulated temperature of the generation of B. tabaci were 8.88 ℃ and 511.86 days, respectively, while those in Hainan could range from 8 to 9 generations in one year. Under the condition of 18 ~ 32 ℃ constant temperature, the developmental duration of B. tabaci was between 26.63 and 57.16 days, with 7.15 ~ 15.93 days of eggs, 4.00 ~ 11.03 days of first instar nymphs, 3.83 ~ 7.53 days of second instar nymphs, Nymphs 4.09 ~ 8.64d, the proposed pupal stage 7.56 ~ 14.03d. Under the conditions of 18 ~ 32 ℃, the developmental rate of each insect was parabolic with temperature, but it was a linear relationship at 18 ~ 28 ℃. Low temperature and high temperature were not conducive to its reproduction, and could not complete the development at 14 ℃. Adult insects, activities have obvious regularity, sunny activities and more concentrated in the morning, less cloudy activities, rainy days inactivity.
