目的:鉴定一株来自于海南文昌红海榄茎的内生真菌菌株BGD22,分离其抑菌活性代谢产物。方法:根据形态学特征和ITS序列分析结果对菌株BGD22进行鉴定;采用各种色谱方法分离乙酸乙酯提取物中的化学成分,并根据化合物的波谱数据确定结构。结果:菌株BGD22被鉴定为黑曲霉的一种,从该菌株中分离到3个化合物:草酸二甲酯(1)、枸橼酸二甲酯(2)和麦角甾醇(3),其中枸橼酸二甲酯具有较弱的抑制藤黄八叠球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌生长的活性,最低抑菌浓度(M IC)分别为0.5和0.9 mg.mL-1。结论:从红海榄茎中分离到的内生真菌黑曲霉可分泌抑菌活性代谢产物枸橼酸二甲酯。
OBJECTIVE: To identify an endophytic fungus strain BGD22 from the stem of Rhizophora stylosa from Wenchang, Hainan, and separate its antibacterial activity metabolites. Methods: The strain BGD22 was identified according to morphological characteristics and ITS sequence analysis. The chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract were separated by various chromatographic methods and their structures were determined based on the spectral data of the compounds. Results: The strain BGD22 was identified as a strain of Aspergillus niger. Three compounds were isolated from this strain: dimethyl oxalate (1), dimethyl citrate (2) and ergosterol (3) Dimethyl Sulfate has a weaker inhibitory activity on the growth of Sarcina lutea and Bacillus subtilis, and the minimum inhibitory concentration (M IC) is 0.5 and 0.9 mg.mL-1, respectively. Conclusion: Aspergillus niger, an endophytic fungus isolated from the stem of Rhododendron grosvenorii, can secrete the active metabolite of citric acid dimethyl ester.
