患者⒙女⒙２６岁⒙因阴道血性分泌物１周⒙曾在当地医院行宫颈刮片术⒙子宫分段诊刮术⒚病理报告⑶未查见癌细胞⒙而诊断为⑶宫颈阴道炎多次给予甲硝唑局部放药⒙治疗无效而来本院就诊⒚妇科检查⑶外阴正常⒙阴道内少量血性分泌物⒙阴道右侧壁距阴道口１ｃｍ处可见１ｃｍ×１
