借助化学分析法和X射线衍射仪对KRG W1型粉状石墨进行测试 ,发现这种石墨不但石墨化度高而且固定碳高达 99.99% ,同时含有一定量的菱面体石墨。以KRG W 1型粉状石墨为碳源材料 ,在超高压高温条件下 ,可以合成出粗颗粒高强度金刚石 ,其中SMD系列金刚石比例高达 36 0 0 % ,大大优于片状石墨的合成效果。
The graphite powder of KRG W1 was tested by chemical analysis and X-ray diffractometer. It was found that this graphite not only has high degree of graphitization but also has a fixed carbon content of 99.99% and a certain amount of rhombohedral graphite. Using KRG W 1 powdery graphite as carbon source material, coarse-grained high-strength diamond can be synthesized under the conditions of ultra-high pressure and high temperature. The proportion of SMD series diamond is as high as 3600%, which is much better than that of flake graphite.
