一、目的内燃机车在出厂后,约经过18~20个月左右的时间,便会发生柴油机缸套漏水故障。因而在间隔为30个月的厂修周期内,就需要经常进行临修和由工厂派人修理。柴油机缸套漏水,是因穴蚀和O形环受缸套振动以及热传导的影响发生老化变形而引起的,而穴蚀又是水冷式柴油机特有的现象。冷却水若从缸套四周漏出,与机油混合并乳化,则会影响润滑性能,以致使柴油机发生各种各样的故障。柴油机缸套漏水的途径及原因见图1。
