针对钢渣磁选铁精粉的低端利用现状,将钢渣铁精粉与铁矿粉按照一定比例混合压块,在隧道窑内还原焙烧成钢渣制直接还原铁。为验证钢渣制直接还原铁能否在转炉炼钢中正常使用,我们在45T转炉进行了连续的试用试验,每炉的钢渣制直接还原铁加入量为0.5T,代替了一半的优质废钢。试验过程中炉况运行正常,钢水成分稳定,出钢量略有提高,以上试验结果表明钢渣制直接还原铁完全可以用于炼钢生产。
In view of the low-end use status of steel slag magnetic separation concentrate, steel slag iron concentrate and iron ore powder are mixed and compacted according to a certain proportion, and reduced and roasted into steel slag direct reduction iron in the tunnel kiln. In order to verify whether the DRG steel can be used normally in converter steelmaking, we conducted a continuous trial test in a 45T converter. The amount of direct-reduced iron steelmaking slag per furnace was 0.5T, which replaced half of the high-quality scrap steel. During the test, the furnace operation was normal, the molten steel composition was stable, and the tapping capacity slightly increased. The above test results showed that the steel slag direct-reduction iron can be used in steelmaking.
