根据国家对钢铁行业节能减排的严格要求,结合目前烟气循环烧结工艺存在的实际问题,对国内某烧结厂360 m2烧结机进行了测试研究。在烧结机正常生产的情况下,通过对烟气特征进行全面测试,研究了烧结机风箱中烟气SO2浓度、含氧量、温度和NOx浓度变化规律,因地制宜地提出了较为合理的烟气内、外循环烧结工艺。结果表明,烧结机的中前部和尾部几个风箱的烟气具有低硫、氧含量高、温度较高的特点,均可作为循环烟气。
According to the strict requirements of the government on the energy saving and emission reduction in the steel industry and in combination with the actual problems existing in the flue gas recirculation sintering process, the domestic sintering plant 360 m2 sintering machine was tested.
