财政补贴对于农业保险业的发展十分必要,这是我国农业保险的性质所决定。近几年农业保险在快速发展的同时也暴露出很多问题,在实践中,时常出现骗取财政补贴资金的情况。本文结合典型的案例,分析出现骗取财政补贴资金的原因,结合实际情况探讨规避此类问题的办法并提出建议。 Financial subsidies for the development of the agricultural insurance industry is very necessary, this is the nature of China’s agricultural insurance decision. In recent years, the rapid development of agricultural insurance has also exposed many problems. In practice, financial fraud funds often appear to be cheated. Based on the typical case, this paper analyzes the reasons why the financial subsidies are defrauded, and discusses the ways to avoid such problems and puts forward some suggestions according to the actual situation.
