The process and related technology of agile supply chain reengineering is discussed in this paper. The process of supply chain reengineering is divided into two parts here: structure reengineering and operation strategy reengineering. Multi-agent concept is adopted in the structure reengineering for the convenience of the modeling. Enterprises in the agile supply chain are expressed as corresponding agents with specified characteristics. Cost and response time are adopted as the main objectives of the global supply chain performance measurement. A virtual simplified supply chain is used to illustrate the role of overall supply chain performance measurement in the reengineering process.
