目的建立应用气相色谱快速检测食物中毒样品中9种常见有机磷农药和2种鼠药的多残留分析方法。方法采用丙酮、乙酸乙酯或乙腈提取,DB-1701毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱程序升温分离,氮磷检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果检出限0.02~0.10 mg/Kg,回收率在80.4%~104.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.13%~9.69%之间。结论此方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确度高,满足食物中毒快速检测要求。适合基层实验室。
Objective To establish a multi-residue analysis method for the rapid determination of nine common organophosphorus pesticides and two rat drugs in food poisoning samples by gas chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted with acetone, ethyl acetate or acetonitrile. The column was heated on a DB-1701 capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm), and detected by nitrogen and phosphorus detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. The detection limit was 0.02 ~ 0.10 mg / Kg, the recoveries were between 80.4% and 104.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 3.13% and 9.69%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, high sensitivity and high accuracy to meet the rapid detection of food poisoning requirements. Suitable for primary laboratory.
