目的 探究黄金微针射频治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的安全性?方法 选取2018年6月至2020年6月贵州省兴义市人民医院收治的98例面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组，每组49例?所有患者在治疗前应用复方利多卡因乳膏治疗，使用碘伏消毒清洁皮肤?参照组实施点阵激光治疗:设置能量密度10~20mJ/cm^2，光斑5cm×5cm，调整有关参数?瘢痕较深者，多次治疗，并调整能量密度?在治疗后冰敷2h，使用湿润乳膏敷用?研究组应用黄金微针射频治疗:设置频率是8~14W，射频输出时间是4“,”Objective To explore the safety of gold microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of facial sunken acne scar. Methods Ninety eight patients with facial sunken acne scar treated in Xingyi People\'s Hospital of Guizhou Province from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into reference group and study group， with 49 cases in each group. Before treatment， all patients were treated with compound lidocaine cream，cleaned their skin and disinfected with Iodophor. The reference group was treated with dot matrix laser: the energy density was 10~20 mJ/cm^2， the spot was 5 cm×5 cm， and the relevant parameters were adjusted. Those with deep scars should be treated for many times and the energy density should be adjusted. Ice compress for 2 hours after treatment and apply with Moist Cream. The study group was treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency: the parameters were adjusted， the setting frequency was 8-14 W， the radiofrequency output time was 400 ms， 500 ms and 600 ms， the repetition rate was 40%-60%， and the needle length was 0.8-1.4 mm. The treatment head shall be placed gently on the aff area without force. After treatment， apply the medical mask for 20 minutes. Do not touch the water for 3 days， and continue to apply the medical mask. Combined with the actual situation of patients， determine the treatment times and give patients life guidance， including diet， sleep， exercise， etc. Compared with the treatment effect，and incidence of adverse reactions in all patients was statistically analyzed. Results The effective rate of the study group was higherthan that of the reference group (P ＜0.05). The scar score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Gold micro needle radiofrequency therapy for facial sunken acne scar can effectively improve clinical symptoms， improve treatment efficiency， have less adverse reactions and high safety. At the same time， it can also effectively reduce pain and improve quality of life. It has significant therapeutic effect and can be widely used in clinic.
