目的建立蒙药蓝盆花的HPLC指纹图谱,为该药材质量的科学评价和有效控制提供可靠方法。方法采用Hypersil-ODS柱(4.6 mm×300 mm,5μm);流动相为0.1%磷酸水(A)-乙腈(B),梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL.min 1;检测波长254 nm;柱温:30℃,进样量10μL。结果建立了不同产地蓝盆花的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了10个共有峰,计算了相似度,方法学考察的各项参数符合有关规定。结论该分析方法准确可靠,重复性好,为更好地控制蒙药蓝盆花内在质量提供科学依据。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprinting of Mongolian medicine Potentilla, providing a reliable method for the scientific evaluation and effective control of the medicinal quality. Methods The mobile phase was Hypersil-ODS column (4.6 mm × 300 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid water (A) -acetonitrile (B) gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min 1. Temperature: 30 ℃, injection volume 10μL. Results The HPLC fingerprints of P. nintia were established in different areas. Ten common peaks were calibrated and the similarity was calculated. The parameters of the methodology were in accordance with the relevant regulations. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, and provides a scientific basis for better control of the internal quality of Mongolian medicine.
