南桐矿务局以劳动人事分配三项制度改革为突破口,以“两整三定两提高”为重点,在加快经营机制转换、切实减人提效方面作了有益的探索,取得显著效果。一是在册职工减少,1993年与1992年相比,精减职工1306人,减少5.3%;二是工资节支,1993年比1992年减少工资基金370万元,比计划少支505万元,工资基金由超支变为结余;三是工效提高,1993年企业全员工效比计划提高17.44%,比1992年实际提高25.97%。 一、转变思想观念,抓好方案设计
