目的系统评价Delone&Mclean(D&M)模型在国外医疗信息领域的应用,归纳总结各个变量在侧重评价医疗信息技术时的应用情况,形成符合国情的医院信息系统评估体系,并用于临床实践。方法计算机检索Ovid-Medline、Embase、Pub Med、Engineering Village、Web of Science、EBSCO和万方数据库、中国知网(CNKI)以及维普数据库中关于D&M模型在医疗信息技术方面应用的研究文献,检索时限均从1993年1月-2015年4月。由2名评价者按照纳入和排除标准独立选择文献、提取资料和质量评价,采用Endnote软件进行文献管理。结果最终共纳入14个研究,欧美洲国家在评价研究数量方面,以64.29%位居第一;其次是大洋洲,占28.57%;亚洲以7.1%居于末尾。因此借鉴国外的研究发展具有一定的指导意义。同时在数据回收方法方面,调查研究运用最为广泛,以91.7%位于首位。医疗信息技术的系统质量、信息质量以及服务质量对用户使用、满意度以及净效益呈正相关。结论 D&M模型是一个多维度评价医疗信息系统成功的良好工具。
Objective To systematically evaluate the application of Delone & Mclean (D & M) model in the field of medical information in foreign countries, and summarize the application of each variable in the evaluation of medical information technology, and to form a hospital information system assessment system in line with national conditions and to use it in clinical practice. Methods The research literature about the application of D & M model in medical information technology in Ovid-Medline, Embase, Pub Med, Engineering Village, Web of Science, EBSCO and Wanfang database, CNKI and VIP databases was searched by computer. From January 1993 to April 2015. Two reviewers independently selected documents according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and quality evaluation, and used Endnote software for document management. As a result, a total of 14 studies were included. Europe and the United States ranked first with 64.29% of the total number of evaluated studies, followed by Oceania with 28.57% and Asia with 7.1%. Therefore, drawing lessons from foreign research and development has some guiding significance. At the same time, in terms of data recovery methods, the most extensive survey and research, with 91.7% in the first place. System quality, quality of information and quality of service of medical information technology are positively related to user use, satisfaction and net benefits. Conclusion The D & M model is a good tool for evaluating the success of medical information systems in multiple dimensions.
