本文根据67炉试验数据和3100余炉的炉前记录,按“物料平衡和热平衡”、 “钢质量”、“经济效果”三个部分定量地比较了小型氧气顶吹转炉和侧吹碱性转炉的主要指标,得出了初步结论。 第一部分计算了钢水收得率、热效率和剩余热,并就其结果进行了分析。第二部分除对有害杂质、气体含量及一般机械性能作出比较外,还讨论了扩大品种所具备的条件。第三部分侧重从“生产率”、“钢的综合成本”以及“改建投资”等方面来考察两种炼钢方法的经济效果。
Based on the test data of 67 furnaces and the pre-furnace records of more than 3100 furnaces, this paper quantitatively compares the performance of small oxygen top-blown converter and side-blown alkaline converter in three parts of “material balance and thermal balance”, “steel quality” and “economic effect” The main indicators, reached a preliminary conclusion. In the first part, the yield of steel, thermal efficiency and residual heat were calculated and the results were analyzed. In addition to the second part of the comparison of harmful impurities, gas content and general mechanical properties, but also discussed the conditions for the expansion of varieties. The third part focuses on the economic effects of the two steelmaking methods from aspects of “productivity”, “integrated cost of steel” and “rebuilding investment”.
