学好、用好《党政领导干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》,对于进一步提高领导干部选拔任用工作的水平,具有十分重要的意义。为此,应做到四个“严格”,即严格坚持原则、严格执行标准、严格履行程序、严格遵守纪律,并做好四项工作:一是抓好有关措施的衔接配套;二是进一步深化干部人事制度改革;三是把贯彻执行贯穿于换届工作的全过程;四是加强对执行情况的监督检查。
Studying well and making good use of the Provisional Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres at the Party and Government is of great significance to further enhancing the level of selecting and appointing leading cadres.
