房地产经营与估价是理论性和实践性并重的课程，增加学生实践机会，提高学生的协作能力及学习的积极性。本文采用行动导向教学法，对高职院校房地产经营与估价专业课程的教学发展进行研究。“,”The real estate management and valuation is the course both of theory and practice, to increase the students’ opportunity to practice, improve the enthusiasm of collaboration ability and learning of students. This paper adopts the action oriented teaching method in higher vocational colleges, to conduct the research to the real estate management and valuation professional courses teaching.
