通过对航空有机玻璃进行拉伸疲劳试验得到了不同应力水平下的拉伸疲劳S-N曲线以及条件疲劳强度,研究了应力比对有机玻璃拉伸疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:该有机玻璃在应力比为0.4,0.1,-0.1条件下的疲劳强度分别为63.0,57.3,48.4MPa,其对应的拉伸疲劳S-N曲线随着应力比的增加整体上移;在相同应力水平下,应力比越大,该有机玻璃的拉伸疲劳寿命越长。
The tensile fatigue S-N curve and the conditional fatigue strength under different stress levels were obtained through the tensile fatigue test on the aviation plexiglass. The effect of the stress ratio on the tensile fatigue properties of the plexiglass was studied. The results show that the fatigue strength of the plexiglass under the stress ratio of 0.4, 0.1 and -0.1 is 63.0, 57.3 and 48.4 MPa, respectively, and the corresponding SN of tensile fatigue increases as the stress ratio increases. Under stress level, the greater the stress ratio, the longer the tensile fatigue life of the plexiglass.
