本文对室温 Co:MgF2激光器在不同偏振态泵浦和不同偏振光出射下,激光器的阈值、输出能量、效率等参数作了系统研究.获得了当π偏振(1320 um)泵浦,σ偏振出射时,激光器的效率最高,达到 8.1%;非偏振光、偏振光沿轴向泵浦,CO:MgF2激光器的工作参数基本一致等结果.
In this paper, the parameters of the laser threshold, output energy, efficiency and other parameters are systematically studied at room temperature Co: MgF2 laser with different polarization states and different polarized light exits. The laser has the highest efficiency of 8.1% when the π-polarization (1320 um) pump is used and the output of σ-polarization is the highest, and the working parameters of the unpolarized light and the polarized light are axially pumped. The operating parameters of the CO: MgF2 laser are basically the same result.
