随着社会的发展,国内高校分别认识到大学生动手能力培养的重要性,部分高校号召培养应用型、复合型高级人才,积极动员教师及学生参与一线生产实习。然而,各高校、各专业在实习过程中,所取得的效果差别很大。本文以韶关学院旅游与地理学院旅游管理专业顶岗实习为例,介绍实习工作安排及管理经验,并提出当前工作框架下的几点改进建议。 With the development of society, the domestic colleges and universities have respectively realized the importance of cultivating college students’ practical abilities. Some colleges and universities called for the training of applied and complex talents, and actively mobilized teachers and students to participate in first-line production internships. However, the effect achieved by various universities and specialties varies greatly during the internship. Taking the internship of tourism management major of Tourism and Geography College of Shaoguan University as an example, this paper introduces the internship work arrangement and management experience and puts forward some suggestions for improvement under the current work framework.
