目的 :探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)血清部分电解质的变化 ,为临床诊治提供指导。 方法 :对确诊为HIE的 84例患儿血清做生化和电解质检查 ,并对所测值行统计分析。 结果 :本组HIE患儿低钠血症的发生率为 35 .71% ,低氯血症的发生率为 2 3.8% ,低钙血症发生率为 38.1%。 结论 :低氯血症发生率较钠低 ,但中、重度低钠血症患儿往往同时伴有低氯血症。血钠、血氯、血钙随HIE程度的加重而逐渐降低。HIE早期治疗中 ,除积极治疗原发病外 ,还应注意限水及电解质的补充
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum electrolytes in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Serum samples from 84 children diagnosed with HIE were biochemically and electrolytes, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The incidence of hyponatremia in children with HIE was 35.71%, the incidence of hypochlorosis was 23.8%, and the incidence of hypocalcemia was 38.1%. Conclusion: The incidence of hypochlorosis is lower than that of sodium, but children with moderate and severe hyponatremia are often accompanied by hypochlorosis. Serum sodium, blood chlorine, blood calcium with the severity of HIE gradually decreased. HIE early treatment, in addition to active treatment of the primary disease, but also pay attention to water and electrolyte supplements
