提出一种井下灾区环境参数快速采集和分析技术解决方案;选用先进的3000 Micro GC微型气相色谱仪作为基础,采用分流分功,各部分单独供电的设计理念,研制出本质安全防爆型手提式气相色谱仪,实现由救援人员随身携带至井下灾害现场。手提式气相色谱仪1次进样120 s内可采用双通道准确对O_2、CH_4、CO、H_2、N_2、CO_2、C_2H_2、C_2H_4、C_2H_6、C_3H_810种煤矿气体检测,化验精度达1×10~(-6)级。
This paper puts forward a technical solution of rapid acquisition and analysis of environment parameters in underground disaster areas. Using the advanced 3000 Micro GC micro gas chromatograph as the basis, adopting the design concept of split power, individual power supply of each part, developed intrinsically safe explosion-proof portable gas phase Chromatograph, to rescue personnel to carry down to the underground disaster scene. The portable gas chromatograph can accurately detect the gas of O_2, CH_4, CO, H_2, N_2, CO_2, C_2H_2, C_2H_4, C_2H_6 and C_3H_8 in 120 s within 1 second of injection. The accuracy of the assay is 1 × 10 ~ -6) level.
