学困生的转化是一个很有意义的课题,因为学困生存在于每一个学校、班级、教学者的教学中。要真正落实新课标,渗透新理念,面向全体学生,达到提高教学质量的目标,从某个角度上说关注学困生是重点,转化学困生是关键。笔者就学困生的转化谈几点自己的一些做法和体会。一、寻找病因,有的放矢地做好转化工作当我们面对学困生时,很自然地就将他们的问题归罪于个人的智商低、不勤奋。其实并不都是这样简单,原因有很多,学习态度的偏颇、良好习惯的缺乏、学习方法的不足、某些知识点的缺失、教者的疏忽、家庭环境的熏染和不良影响
The transformation of students with learning difficulties is a very significant topic, because learning hardship exists in the teaching of every school, class and teaching person.
