本试验用19个燕麦品种及品系对其11个性状进行研究。遗传力以抽穗前日数和千粒重最高(97.24%和96.91%),穗粒数和穗重最低(70.81%和67.76%)。遗传相关分析表明穗重与平均穗日增重(r=0.88001)及穗粒数(r=0.79838)呈高度正相关,与平均粒日增重(r=0.56083)、株高(r=0.45203)及抽穗前日数(r=0.40899)呈中度正相关;与其它性状的相关性均较低。基因型通径分析的结果为穗粒数对穗重的直接效应最大(0.92052)、其次是平均粒日增重(0.53717)和灌浆日数(0.45623)。其它直接通径系数都为较小的正值或负值。另外,灌浆日数对穗重有较大正向直接效应的同时,通过穗粒数对其又有一较大的负向间接效应。
In this experiment, 19 oat varieties and lines were used to study 11 traits. The heritability was the highest (97.24% and 96.91%), the lowest (70.81% and the lowest) of ear weight (70.81% and 67.76%) in days before heading and 1000-grain weight. The genetic correlation analysis showed that the panicle weight was highly positively correlated with the average panicle weight per day (r = 0.88001) and the number of spikelets per panicle (r = 0.79838), with the average grain weight per day (r = 0.56083) And the number of days before heading (r = 0.40899). The correlation with other traits was low. The results of path analysis showed that the direct effect of ear number on panicle weight was the highest (0.92052), followed by the average grain weight gain (0.53717) and grain filling day (0.45623). Other direct path coefficients are smaller positive or negative values. In addition, grain filling days have a greater direct positive effect on ear weight, and grain size per spike has a larger negative indirect effect.
