在传统正火处理过程中,齿轮毛坯由于各种因素的影响,最后所呈现出来的组织形式与硬度上面存在较大的差异,进而造成齿轮在加工过程中经常出现各种误差,齿轮成品质量受到严重影响。等温正火工艺与传统正火处理方式相比较,能够让零件获得较为均匀的组织和硬度。本文主要对于齿轮等温正火工艺进行研究,主要目的就是希望能够提高等温正火工艺在齿轮等零件上面的应用,提高齿轮质量。
