腹腔镜下膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术是一种较复杂的手术，由于手术范围涉及泌尿系统和消化系统，术后易发生多种的并发症。本文分析了我科出现腹腔镜下膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术后并发症6个病例的资料，分别提出相应的护理措施，以期对类似并发症的护理处理起到借鉴作用。“,”Laparoscopic cystectomy with ileal neobladder is a complicated operation.It induces various of complications because this operation involves both urinary system and digestive system.In this article,the nursing interventions of 6 patients with dif erent complications after laparoscopic cystectomy with ileal neobladder are discussed.It is expected to be beneficial to the disposal of paral el complications in subsequent nursing services.
