目的观察降脂胶囊对实验性小鼠高脂血症的调节作用及抗氧化系统的影响。方法将72只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、胶囊低、中、高剂量组、脂必妥组,各组分别按剂量灌胃给予受试物。45d后取血测定血脂及肝脏SOD、GSH-PX、MAD含量。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠血脂及相关抗氧化指标有统计学差异(P<0.05);与模型组小鼠相比,降脂胶囊中、高剂量组和脂必妥组可降低模型小鼠血清TG、TC和LDL的含量,升高HDL,apoA水平;使肝组织SOD活性、GSH-Px活力上升,MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论降脂胶囊具有较好的血脂调节作用,可以有效提高肝组织抗氧化系统活性,其血脂调节作用可能和其抗氧化功能有关。
Objective To observe the regulatory effect of Jiangzhi Capsule on experimental mice with hyperlipidemia and the effect of anti-oxidation system. Methods Seventy-two male ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, capsule low, medium and high dose group and lipiditone group. Each group was given intragastric administration of test substance. After 45 days, blood samples were taken for determination of blood lipids and liver SOD, GSH-PX and MAD contents. Results Compared with the normal control group, there was a significant difference in the level of serum lipids and antioxidation in the model group (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the levels of lipid-lowering capsule, high dose group and lipidit The levels of serum TG, TC and LDL in model mice were increased, and the level of HDL and apoA were increased. The activity of SOD and the activity of GSH-Px in liver tissue were increased and MDA content was decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Jiangzhi Capsule has good lipid regulation, which can effectively improve the anti-oxidative activity of liver tissue. The regulation of blood lipid may be related to its anti-oxidative function.
