目的:利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用分析和鉴定苦木中苦参碱及氧化苦参碱。方法:采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾/四极杆-飞行时间串联质谱,通过与对照品保留时间、准确分子量及其一级、二级质谱比对,进行成分鉴定,并建立了高效液相色谱-串联四级杆质谱联用测定苦木中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的定量方法研究。结果:苦木中含有微量的苦参碱及氧化苦参碱成分,建立的方法专属、灵敏,可作为苦木中苦参碱及氧化苦参碱的识别依据。结论:首次以LC-MS鉴别出了苦木中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱。不同产地不同部位的苦木药材中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱含量差别较大。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and identify matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescentis by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. METHODS: The constituents were identified by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray / quadrupole-time of flight tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS / MS) with the retention time, accurate molecular weight and their primary and secondary mass spectra. Quantitative determination of matrine and oxymatrine in bitter wood by chromatography - tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry. Results: The bitter wood contains trace amounts of matrine and oxymatrine components, the established method is specific, sensitive, can be used as the identification of matrine and oxymatrine in bitter wood. Conclusion: For the first time, matrine and oxymatrine were identified by LC-MS. Matrine from different parts of the different parts of matrine and oxymatrine content differences.
