在黄瓜幼苗长到第1片真叶横宽5cm时,分别用西芹鲜根和根际区物的蒸馏水、乙醇、丙酮三种浸提液进行化感处理(灌根处理),灌根前1d和最后1次灌根后1d、5d、10d、15d、20d随机取黄瓜同叶位的真叶来作为供试材料,对黄瓜叶片β-1.3-葡聚糖酶与几丁质酶活性进行测定。结果表明:几丁质酶活性较对照升高的范围为蒸馏水鲜根浸提液处理2.10%~22.46%,蒸馏水根际区物浸提液处理8.01%~26.75%;乙醇鲜根浸提液处理8.14%~23.20%,乙醇根际区物浸提液处理14.66%~33.75%;丙酮鲜根浸提液处理14.40%~50.98%,丙酮根际区物浸提液处理13.83%~43.12%。β-1.3-葡聚糖酶活性较对照升高的范围为蒸馏水鲜根浸提液处理1.34%~13.89%,蒸馏水根际区物浸提液处理2.07%~15.11%;乙醇鲜根浸提液处理5.69%~21.36%,乙醇根际区物浸提液处理8.46%~15.56%;丙酮鲜根浸提液处理2.52%~31.73%,丙酮根际区物浸提液处理9.06%~29.16%。各指标的变化幅度均是丙酮浸提液处理大于乙醇浸提液处理,乙醇浸提液处理大于蒸馏水浸提液处理、鲜根浸提液的处理大于根际区物浸提液。

The change range of each index is that the acetone extract is treated more than the ethanol extract, the ethanol extract is greater than the distilled water extract, the fresh root extract is larger than the rhizosphere extract.
